  The food was good and at least one person actually smiled. No unsweetened tea available and my order was wrong. This is standard for this location. It never changes and the manager will call to apologize and then nothing ever happens.!!!!!

  Terrible customer service. I have visited this location on several occasions and have experienced similar service each time. I try to avoid the location at all costs. The employees appear to be miserable and annoyed by customers. It is obvious they do not want to be there and hate their jobs. Management/ownership at this location needs to look at the Chick-fil-a near it to see how great fast food customer service can be. I don't expect white glove treatment at a fast food restaurant but I do expect a hello and a thank you. Great customer service can make an average restaurant wonderful. Bad customer service is making this otherwise average restaurant horrible overall.
